The Lauterbach family are experienced entrepreneurs and recruitment specialists who have worked in the aviation, wind power and railroad industries for many years. In 2004, the family founded DAL Zeitarbeit GmbH, a company that specialized in providing experienced personnel for renewable energy and power plant energy. The DAL Group, DAL Zeitarbeit GmbH and several subsidiaries such as WIM work in motion GmbH, WSES Wind & Sun Energy Services GmbH and WTSC Wind Turbine Safety Checks GmbH, offered their services worldwide.

In 2015, DAL Holding GmbH sold all companies, to the listed French company Derichebourg S.A..

In 2021, Angele Lauterbach founded ALC Consulting. With its extensive experience and expertise in the recruitment of qualified personnel for the aviation, wind power and railroad industries, ALC Consulting offers professional recruitment services tailored to the specific needs of each client.
